Make Sure You're Paying The Right Price

It’s important to consider, even when buying a house with a mortgage, the mortgage valuation/survey must not be relied upon. It is carried out on behalf of the loan company to see that there is adequate security for the loan contemplated.


At the very least have a basic valuation to find out whether, in ever changing market circumstances, you are paying the right price.
